ALLEN Career Institute’s Unprecedented Success at IJSO
Students from ALLEN Career Institute Pvt. Ltd. continue to showcase their talent in international science Olympiad examinations. ALLEN students have once again brought laurels to the country at the recently concluded 22nd International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) in Russia.
Vinod Kumawat, Chairman of ALLEN Career Institute, Kota, stated that the institute’s students performed beyond expectations in this prestigious competition. Adish Jain won the gold medal, while Ruhan Mohanty and S.V. Tejas won the silver medals. Adish Jain is from ALLEN’s online batch, while Ruhan and Tejas are students of the classroom program.
The event was held in Russia from November 23 to December 2, and 140 talented students from 24 countries participated. The Indian team’s performance in this large-scale international science competition has been highly commendable.
IJSO is considered one of the most challenging junior-level science competitions in the world. The selection process for this exam is completed in four main stages.
Thousands of students from across the country participate in the first stage. This year, 152 ALLEN students performed exceptionally well in NSEJS and were selected for the second stage.
In the second stage, students are shortlisted based on a nationally challenging question paper. Only 36 students from across the country were selected for the third stage, 32 of whom were from ALLEN. This number itself is a testament to ALLEN’s coaching quality.
In this stage, students are thoroughly tested through a written examination, practical assessment, and logical reasoning. Based on this, the top six students are selected for the Indian team.
A team of six students selected after the OCSC represents India. Three ALLEN students brought glory to the country by winning important medals in this year’s competition.
The way ALLEN students have achieved success on a demanding international platform like the IJSO is a testament to the fact that with proper guidance and hard work, no goal is impossible.
The one gold and two silver medals won by ALLEN Career Institute students at the IJSO are not only an achievement for the institute, but also a strong indication of the potential of India’s scientific talent. Like every year, ALLEN has proven itself to be a trusted and leading training institute for India in the International Science Olympiad.
This success will inspire more students to excel in the field of science in the years to come.
