JEE Advanced 2022 provisional answer key released, Bonus marks in two questions

The provisional answer key of JEE-Advanced being conducted by IIT Mumbai was released on Saturday. In the answer key, bonus marks have been given in two questions of Paper-I and Paper-II.

The provisional answer key for the JEE Advanced 2022 has been released today. The answer key has been released on the official portal of JEE advanced 2022 which is jeeadv.ac.in. The JEE Advanced 2022 provisional answer key includes the correct responses to the questions asked in the JEE Advanced 2022 Examinations. Aspirants can match their responses with the provisional answer key.

Aspirants to comment/give feedback on the provisional answer key by 4th Sept

Since now when the provisional answer key of JEE Advanced 2022 has been released, aspirants are expected to comment and give their feedback on the provisional answer key of JEE advanced 2022 until 5 pm tomorrow (Sunday, 4th September).

Bonus Marks in Two Questions

Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari, Director, Allen Career Institute said that the answer key issued by Allen Career Institute and the answer key issued by IIT Mumbai are completely matched.  Two questions are of Physics carrying bonus marks.  While question no.15 in Paper-1 is from the topic Electromagnetic Induction and Alternate in Current, the second question is question number-17 in paper-2 which is from the error topic, and bonus marks have also been given in it.  Similarly, in question number 11 in Chemistry Paper-2, two options are considered correct in the question of the P-Block topic. The answering range of integers has also been increased in the released provisional answer key.

  • Click on the provisional answer key link available on the portal.
  • Download the provisional answer key link.
  • Match the downloaded provisional answer key with the responses.

Final answer key of JEE Advanced 2022 to be released on 11th Sept with the result

While IIT Bombay has released the provisional answer key today, the final answer key of JEE Advanced will be issued on 11th September. JEE Advanced 2022 results and the final answer key will be released together.

JoSAA counseling to start from 12th September

After the declaration of the JEE Advanced 2022 result on 11th September, the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counseling would start on 12th September. Those aspirants will be able to participate in the JoSAA counseling and will score above the cut-off marks in JEE Advanced 2022 results.

JEE Advanced 2022 was held on Sunday, August 28. JEE Advanced 2022 was held for two compulsory papers — Paper 1 and Paper 2 of 180 marks each. Nearly 2.62 lakh aspirants of JEE Main 2022 were declared qualified to appear for JEE Advanced 2022. According to IIT-Bombay, 1.6 lakh candidates enrolled for JEE Advanced 2022. Out of these, 1,56,089 appeared for the examination. This year, the exam was conducted in 577 centers in 124 cities.
