JEE Main 2014: Paper 2 OMR sheets to be released tomorrow

The JEE Main 2014 (Paper II) OMR sheets of the pen and paper based examination are going to be released tomorrow. The scanned images of OMR answer sheets with recorded responses will be amde available on the official website of JEE Main.

The candidates will be able to view the OMR sheets on the official websites: www.cbse.nic.in and www.jeemain.nic.in from May 13 to May 17. They can challenge the recorded responses in case they differ from the ones they had marked on their OMR sheet.

The candidates can challenge the differences online only, through the link available on the website of JEE (Main) www.jeemain.nic.in till May 17 (2:00 pm). Any challenge submitted through post or in person will be rejected.

The candidates will be charged a non-refundable fee of Rs 1000/- per recorded response challenged through Credit/Debit Card or e-Challan. However,if the Board accepts that the recorded response is not the same as marked by the candidate, the correction will be done and the fee will be refunded. If the candidate does not submits any challange till the prescribed Date and Time,it will be presumed that his/her recorded response is the same as marked on OMR sheet.

CBSE’s decision on the challenges shall be final and no further communication will be entertained by the board.

Also the answer keys for the same will be available on the official website from May 20 to May 21 (till 5:00 pm). Candidates can challenge the answer keys, in case they find any discrepancies, through the link available on the website.
