Once Released, Aspirants will be Able to Download the Admit Cards from the Official Website
After the release of the Exam city Intimation slip for the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 examination, now the aspirants are eagerly waiting for the release of the admit cards.
National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to soon release the admit cards for the JEE Main 2026 Session 2. The admit cards for the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) 2026 Session 2 will be released on the official website of the NTA JEE Main website.
The admit card will include details like instructions, aspirant’s name, aspirant’s date of birth, exam date, timing, and exam centre address.
Aspirant will have to carry the admit card to the examination centre. However, City Intimation slip is just for the information about the examination centre city and examination date and it is not mandatory to carry city intimation slip to the examination centre.

The exams will now be held from April 2 to April 8. Earlier, NTA had proposed to conduct JEE Main 2026 April session examination from 2nd April to 9th April.
Now NTA has curtailed one examination day. Each day will have two shifts. Paper 1 (B. E. and B. Tech.) will be conducted on April 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8. Paper 2 (B.Arch. and B. Planning) will take place on April 7.
The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 examination will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The Paper 2 of JEE Main 2026 Session 2 will be pen and paper-based test (PBT) for drawing section in B. Arch. The Paper 1 Exam will be held in 2 shifts each day, whereas the Paper 2 will be held in 1 shift only.
The Paper 1 Shift 1 will take place from 9 am to 12 noon, the shift 2 timing is 3 pm to 6 pm. The Paper 2 will take place only in 1 shift from 9 am to 12.30 pm. The examination will be conducted in several cities across the country as well as 15 cities abroad.
