Another Opportunity to Register for JEE-Main Session 2, Portal Opened for Two Days

The National Testing Agency has launched the online registration portal for JEE-Main 2026 Session 2, starting April 2.

This opportunity is available for students who were unable to submit their application form or pay the application fee in the previous year due to some reason.

Career counseling expert at ALLEN Career Institute, stated that as per the NTA notification, the JEE-Main Session 2 exam will be conducted in CBT mode between April 2nd and 9th, 2026.

The online application process initially ran from February 1st to 25th, 2026. Candidates were then given a correction window on February 27th and 28th, 2026, to amend certain details in their applications.

However, after the application process was closed, a large number of candidates requested the resumption of registration through email and various other means.

In response to this demand, the NTA has decided to reopen the online application portal from March 12 (noon) to March 13 (9:00 pm) as a special opportunity. The application fee can be paid until March 13, 2026, at 11:50 pm.

The NTA has advised candidates to enter all information correctly and completely when filling out the application. Since this is a special extension, no corrections will be available after registration.
