The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has officially released the ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) examination results today, bringing an end to the wait for lakhs of students.

The results were announced on April 30, 2026. The Board has provided students with the full facility to view and download their mark sheets online. Students can now see the fruits of their hard work without any delay.

The overall pass percentage was recorded at 99.18 per cent for Class 10 and 99.13% for class 12. The facility to recheck ICSE result will open from May 1 to 4, 2026. Applications must be submitted through the CISCE Service Portal and the per subject revaluation fee is Rs 1000.

This year, the CISCE Board conducted the examinations in accordance with a well-organized timetable. The Class 10 (ICSE) board examinations commenced on February 17 and were held until March 30.

On the other hand, the Class 12 (ISC) examinations began on February 12 and continued until April 6. The Board completed the evaluation process on schedule and has released the results in a timely manner with the objective of assisting students with their further studies or college admissions.

The mark sheet that students receive online is not merely a record of marks; it serves as a crucial document for future admissions. Your official mark sheet clearly displays the student’s full name, Index Number, UID, and the name of the school.

Furthermore, it provides a separate breakdown of marks obtained in the Theory and Practical/Project components for each subject. Students are advised to thoroughly verify their total marks and percentage calculations, as well as their date of birth and the spelling of their names.

Discrepancies in the results may occasionally be observed due to technical glitches or human error. If a student notices any discrepancy in their name, roll number, or marks obtained, there is no need to panic.

In such a situation, they should immediately contact the Principal of their respective school or file a complaint directly through the CISCE helpline portal. Remember that it is crucial to get corrections made in the official records in a timely manner to avoid any complications in the future.

How to Check Results Online?

First, open the Board’s official website—[cisce.org](https://www.cisce.org) or [results.cisce.org](https://results.cisce.org)—in your browser.
On the website’s homepage, you will see the option ‘Results 2026’; click on it.
Now, select your respective examination (e.g., Class 10 for ICSE or Class 12 for ISC).
Carefully enter your Unique ID, Index Number, and the Captcha Code displayed on the screen into the designated boxes.
As soon as you click on ‘Show Result’, your scorecard will appear before you. Save it in PDF format for future reference or take a printout of it.

Following the declaration of results, Class 10 students will need to choose their academic streams based on their interests, while Class 12 students will now be able to apply for undergraduate courses at various universities.
