Last two-month preparation strategy for JEE Main and NEET UG 2020

JEE Main and NEET UG are the most prestigious exams in India. Both the exams were postponed due to the outbreak of coronavirus.

Recently the exam dates for JEE Main 2020 and NEET UG 2020 has been announced by Union Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry. JEE Main 2020 exam will be held from 18 to 23 July, while the NEET-UG 2020 exam will be held on 26 July. Now with just 2 months left for the exams, the aspirants need to understand the strategy of toppers and how they plan their preparation in the last 2 months.

There are four secrets which a student needs to follow in these 2 months

  1. Enthusiasm: A student needs to maintain enthusiasm while studying. If you are very well prepared for the exam then these 2 months will prove beneficial for you in polishing your preparation. The students should focus on revision and trust their preparation. They should solve only 10-15% of new test papers also they should not pick up new topics. 85% of the time they should focus on revising their year-long preparation.
  2. Consistency: The second factor is consistency. If you are consistent then certainly you will be able to execute the strategy and planning before time. Consistency is very important to execute the strategy. Students should make a proper schedule and complete daily tasks on time. Day to day execution of the work will help a student to maintain consistency.
  3. Doubt Review: The students should review whatever doubts they had throughout the year. 85% of the time they should focus on revising year-long studies out of which 20% of the time daily should be dedicated for doubt review. If a student is studying for 15 hours then he/she should takeout 3 hours daily for doubt reviews. They should review all the mistakes done in the past while solving test papers and exercises.
  4. Test Analysis: Students should attempt 2-3 test papers of 3 hours in a week. They can opt for free of cost ALLEN Online test series available at onlinetestseries.in. Also, they should solve the paper by maintaining a proper environment and discipline.

Students should carefully understand these four factors and implement them while preparing for the exam in the last 2 months.
Nothing is impossible, you should utilise this time and put in your best efforts to achieve the goal.
All The Best!
