A Grand Dream Born in Kota
Beginning on April 18, 1988, from a small rented house in Kota, the journey of ALLEN Career Institute has today evolved into a formidable force in the field of education across the nation. Founder Director Rajesh Maheshwari launched this initiative with a mere eight students.
In the early days, he personally taught Mathematics and Physics. Despite limited resources, his objective was crystal clear—to provide students with quality education and prepare them for competitive examinations.

Strengthened by Family and Values
Over time, his brothers—Dr. Govind Maheshwari, Dr. Naveen Maheshwari, and Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari—made significant contributions to the institute’s growth. Today, the new generation of the ALLEN family is also carrying this legacy forward.
Throughout this entire journey, the guidance of the family, the blessings of the matriarchs, and spiritual inspiration have provided the institute with a strong sense of direction, enabling it to emerge not merely as a coaching centre, but as an educational hub rooted in strong values.

The Purpose of Education: Not Just a Career, but Character Building
Allen’s motto, “From Values to Success” (Sanskar se Safalta tak), is clearly reflected in its operational ethos. Here, students are not merely prepared to become doctors or engineers; equal emphasis is placed on moulding them into responsible and conscientious citizens.
Discipline, ethics, and a positive mindset are seamlessly integrated with education—a distinctive approach that sets it apart from other institutions.

A Strong Nationwide Presence
Today, ALLEN Career Institute operates study centres in over 75 cities across 25 states and 4 Union Territories of the country.
Through hundreds of classroom campuses and numerous test centres, it has successfully reached out to millions of students. ALLEN has played a pivotal role in establishing Kota’s reputation as the “Coaching Capital” of the nation.
Trust Built on Exceptional Results
The greatest foundation of ALLEN’s success lies in its results. Every year, hundreds of thousands of students seek guidance here and achieve success in prestigious examinations.
In recent years, a substantial number of students selected for premier institutions such as IITs, NITs, and AIIMS have hailed from ALLEN.
On numerous occasions, it has been observed that one in every four successful students has been from ALLEN—a testament to the institution’s quality and credibility.
Steps Towards Digital and Global Expansion
Over time, ALLEN has also technologically fortified itself. Through its online platforms, students can now prepare for examinations from the comfort of their own homes.
Furthermore, through initiatives such as ‘ALLEN Global’ and ‘ALLEN Overseas,’ the institution is providing guidance to students on an international scale, thereby extending its reach to a global level.
Active Participation in Social Service
Alongside education, ALLEN has consistently remained active in social service. Under the ‘Shiksha Sambal Abhiyan’ (Education Support Campaign), economically underprivileged students are provided with free coaching, accommodation, and meals.
Additionally, scholarships are awarded on a large scale every year, benefiting thousands of students and giving a new direction to their dreams.
Respect for the Nation’s Soldiers
The ‘Shaurya Scholarship Program,’ launched by ALLEN, stands as a symbol of respect for the families of the nation’s martyrs and soldiers. Under this scheme, thousands of students have been provided with free education and financial assistance—an initiative that conveys a positive message to society.
Humanitarian Initiatives During the COVID Era
During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, ALLEN took several significant steps to support both society and its students.
The distribution of hundreds of thousands of food packets, ensuring the safe return of students to their homes, operating COVID care centres, and providing free education to the children of affected families—all these efforts underscore the institution’s sensitivity and sense of responsibility.
Prioritizing Mental Health
With a keen focus on the mental well-being of students within a highly competitive environment, ALLEN launched ‘Sanishth’—an Emotional Well-being Centre.
Here, expert counselors provide guidance, striving to emotionally empower and strengthen the students. This initiative plays a pivotal role in the holistic development of the students.
Efforts Towards Environment and Sanitation
Through campaigns such as ‘Green Kota’ and ‘Swachh Kota’ (Clean Kota), ALLEN has actively worked to raise awareness regarding environmental conservation and sanitation.
Every year, hundreds of thousands of saplings are planted, and students are actively encouraged to participate in these initiatives. This endeavour serves as an exemplary demonstration of the institution’s commitment to social responsibility.
Beyond Education—A Mission
Today, ALLEN Career Institute is no longer merely a coaching institute; it has evolved into a comprehensive educational movement. Striking a balance between education, values, social service, and modern technology, the institute continues to forge ahead.
In the years to come, it will continue to play a pivotal role in realizing the dreams of millions of students and strengthening the future of the nation.
