ALLEN Classroom student Shubham Kumar secured All India Rank 1 in JEE Advanced 2026 by scoring 330 out of 360.
Shubham had scored 100 percentile in JEE Main and secured All India Rank 6.
Originally from a humble family in Gaya, Bihar, Shubham’s success has become an inspiration for millions of students. For the past two years, ALLEN Classroom student Shubham has proven that proper guidance, discipline, regular practice, and confidence can yield excellent results.
Shubham’s success has brought excitement to his family, relatives, and the entire region. His father, Shivkumar, runs a hardware shop in Gaya, while his mother, Kanchan Devi, is a homemaker. Shubham’s elder sister is currently pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science at IIT Patna.
The academic environment at home, combined with consistent support from his family and ALLEN, laid a strong foundation for Shubham’s success. Shubham explained that the biggest reason for his success was the trust of his teachers and sacrifice of his family.
His father always encouraged him to study, while his mother provided emotional and mental support. He always listened carefully to his faculty and followed their instructions. Whenever a topic seemed difficult, he would repeatedly ask questions.
ALLEN’s faculty explained every concept from the basics, which strengthened his foundation. He believes that if students trust their teachers and study with discipline, they can achieve great success.
He used to spend 6 to 8 hours daily on self-study. Revising the topics taught in class on the same day was part of his daily routine. He practiced questions daily and focused on his weak points.
Preparing for the JEE often brings pressure, but I never let it become a weakness. I turned every challenge into motivation. My entire focus was on my goal. Now, I will pursue a B.Tech from the CS branch at IIT Mumbai.

Kabeer Chhillar, a classroom student at ALLEN Kota, has secured All India Rank 2 in the JEE-Advanced. His family is originally from Gurugram, Delhi-NCR.
A classroom student at ALLEN Kota for the past two years, Kabeer’s achievement is the result of consistent hard work, precise strategies, and self-analysis.
Kabeer’s father, Mohit Chhillar, is an IITian and currently works for a private company in Delhi-NCR, while his mother, Priyanka Chhillar, is a teacher at a private school.
Kabeer secured All India Rank 1 in the JEE-Main by scoring 300 out of 300.
He previously passed the 10th grade with 98%. After completing his B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Bombay, Kabeer plans to pursue higher education at the world-ranked Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Kabeer explained that he attributes his success to the guidance of the faculty at ALLEN Kota. He also differentiated his study method by focusing on attention span and quality in self-study. He analyses himself after each test and focuses on his weaknesses. He fine-tunes his study strategy before exams.
Along with taking regular mock tests, I also analysed each paper in depth, which improved both my accuracy and time management. Clear concepts are crucial. Understanding and applying each topic, rather than memorizing, has been my biggest strength.
I divided my studies into smaller targets, made short notes, and made regular revision a habit. To avoid repeating mistakes, I focused on my weaknesses after each test. I spend time with friends, which helps me stay mentally refreshed.

Disciplined and Consistent Efforts Yield Great Results: Jatin Chahar

ALLEN classroom student Jatin Kumar Chahar has achieved All India Rank 3 in JEE Advanced. Jatin has been a regular classroom student at ALLEN for six years.
His family is originally from Goth, a small village in Jhunjhunu district, Rajasthan. Jatin comes from a humble rural background. Jatin passed the 10th grade with 97% and 12th grade with 95.2% marks.
He achieved All India Rank 133 in JEE Main. He has also reached the OCSC camp in all four Olympiads: IJSO, IESO, IOAA, and INCHO. Jatin explained that success isn’t achieved by a single day of hard work; it’s the daily small efforts that lead to great results.
From the very beginning, I focused entirely on clearing concepts. It’s crucial to understand the subject in depth. ALLEN faculty explained each topic very well. I paid close attention in class and revised the topics taught that day.
I took mock tests and analysed my mistakes after each test. I never focused on marks. My goal was to identify weaknesses and improve them. Wherever I made mistakes in tests, I worked harder. I self-studied for approximately 7 to 8 hours daily, as I believe consistency is crucial in JEE preparation.
I attribute my success to the support of my parents, teachers, and family. The trust of my family and the guidance of my teachers kept my confidence strong. My parents always motivated me. They never pressured me, but supported me in every situation.
Whenever I felt tired, my family and teachers would motivate me again. I want to pursue a B.Tech from IIT Mumbai and then join the civil service.
