Students of Class 10, West Bengal Board, can access their Result on the Official Website
The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has released the WB Madhyamik Result 2026 today, May 8, 2026.
This is great news for millions of students who have been waiting for their results for a long time. Students can now easily check their West Bengal Class 10 results online.
The board has made the results available on the official website, wbresults.nic.in, wbbse.wb.gov.in, and DigiLocker.
A large number of students participated in the West Bengal Board 10th examination this year.
After the results are released, students can download their provisional marksheets using their roll number and date of birth. Students can use the digital marksheets issued by the board for future admissions and other important purposes.
According to official data released by the WBBSE, a total of 971,340 students appeared for the 2026 Madhyamik examination. The results were quite satisfactory this year, with an overall pass percentage of 86.83%.
The West Bengal Board has also made students’ provisional marksheets available online along with the results.
Students can download their digital marksheets by visiting the official website. It contains subject-wise marks, total marks, grades, and exam results.
However, this online marksheet will only be available for temporary use. Students will receive their original marksheets and certificates from their respective schools later.
Keeping in mind the convenience of students, the Board has also made the results available on DigiLocker.
Digital documents have become very important these days and are recognized by various government and educational institutions.
If students want to check their results online, they can follow the simple steps given below.
After the 10th result is released, students will begin the crucial phase of career and stream selection. Students can choose Science, Commerce, or Arts streams based on their interests and future plans.
Students who want to prepare for engineering, medical, or competitive exams can start planning their strategy as early as 11th grade.
Other students can also pursue various professional courses and skill-based education.
