The JEE Advanced 2026 Exam Scheduled for May 17
IIT Roorkee has released admit cards for the JEE Advanced 2026 Examination to be held on 17 May. The admit cards for the JEE Advanced 2026 exam, which is considered an important step towards admission to technical institutes across the country, are now available on the IIT Roorkee-JEE Advanced official website.
Candidates who have successfully registered can now get their admit card by visiting the JEE Advanced website jeeadv.ac.in.
JEE Advanced 2026 will be conducted on May 17 and the exam will be conducted in two sessions. First session (Paper-1) will be held from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, while the second session will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
It is mandatory to appear in both the exams. The exam will be conducted in computer based mode (CBT), and the duration of each paper will be three hours.

How to Download Admit Card
Follow the following steps to get the admit card of JEE Advanced 2026:
- Visit the official website jeeadv.ac.in.
- Click on the ‘Admit Card 2026’ link available on the website.
- Fill in your login details (like registration number, date of birth etc.).
- The admit card will appear on the screen – download it.
- Keep a print copy safe for future requirement.

- 21 May: Response Sheet of the candidates will be published
- 25 May: Provisional Answer Key will be released
- 25-26 May: Process to file objection on answer key
- 1 June: Declaration of final answer key and exam result
