The candidates can challenge the Recorded Response from 13 July 2026 15 July 2026 (11.00 AM)
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Re NEET 2026 OMR response sheet and recorded response for the NEET-UG 2026 Re-Exam on the official website of NEET-UG 2026 Re-exam.
National Testing Agency has conducted the re-exam of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG)-2026 on 21 June 2026 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 05:15 P.M.
The National Testing Agency has uploaded the Scanned Images of OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Responses for NEET (UG)-2026 on the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/. To facilitate the candidates, a scanned image of the OMR Answer Sheet has been sent on the registered e- mail address given by the Candidates at the time of registration of NEET (UG)-2026.
NTA is providing the opportunity to the candidates to make an online response challenge. NTA has asserted that the aspirants can challenge the NEET (UG)-2026 Re-exam Recorded Response Challenge by paying Rs 200/-for each response challenge (non-refundable) from 13 July 2026 15 July 2026 (11.00 AM)
The candidates are required to visit the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/ and view the details and challenge, if required. Candidates can log in to the official website using their credentials to view their scanned OMR sheets and recorded responses.
To ensure data security and privacy, a Two Factor Authentication (2FA) system has been implemented; candidates will be prompted to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number and email address before gaining access.
The detailed information along with the procedure for the challenge of Recorded Responses are enclosed at Annexure. It is to be noted that Answer Key Challenge is already concluded and no challenge to Answer Keys will be entertained.
The payment of the processing fee may be made through, Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking by 15 July 2026 (upto 11:00 A.M.). No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee. The Challenges will not be accepted through any other mode of communication.
The candidates are advised to visit the official websites of NTA (https://www.nta.ac.in/) and (https://neet.nta.nic.in/) for the latest updates.
Candidate Workflow & Specific Instructions for OMR Challenge
If a candidate finds any discrepancy between the answers they marked on their physical OMR sheet and the responses read/recorded by the scanning agency, or an error in the capturing of vital data fields from their OMR sheet, they may challenge the recording through the online portal by following the procedure below:

Candidates can raise an objection regarding the OMR Responses if they do not match the data records available with the NTA:
Step 4: Fee Payment
For every individual challenge raised (per response mismatch or per data field error like Roll No. / Booklet No. / Set Code), the candidate is required to pay a processing fee of 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only).
This processing fee is refundable if the candidate’s claim is verified as correct and it is established that the scanning agency read the parameters erroneously. The total fee, calculated automatically by the system based on the number of challenges, must be paid online via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.
Step 5: Submission & Acknowledgement
Once the payment is successfully processed, click on “Submit Challenge”.
Candidates must download and print the Acknowledgement Page containing the transaction details and the summary of challenges raised for all future references.
