Success Lies in Consistency and Discipline: Arundhati Chaudhary

Arundhati Choudhary, Felicitated at ALLEN, Motivates Students

Arundhati Choudhary, gold medalist in boxing at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, was felicitated at the ALLEN Career Institute. She addressed students in a motivational session in the Samarsh Auditorium of the ALLEN Advanced Campus in Jawahar Nagar.

Dr. Naveen Maheshwari, Founder of ALLEN Career Institute Pvt. Ltd., Keshav Maheshwari, Executive Director, and other mentors and teachers were also present at the event. Arundhati was felicitated with a turban and a scarf and presented with a cheque of ₹2.50 lakh. Arundhati’s coach, Ashok Gautam, was also honored on this occasion.

Arundhati Choudhary said, “I feel very honored and happy to be at ALLEN.” About eight years ago, I used to drop my elder sister, Charu Chaudhary, to her NEET coaching classes on my Bullet. Her elder sister, Charulata Chaudhary, who has completed her MBBS, was also present at the event.

Arundhati said that any goal in life can be achieved through consistency and discipline. If the goal is clear, discipline comes automatically. I was not afraid of any situation. I faced a dislocated wrist operation, a spinal problem, an ankle fracture, and other physical problems, but I emerged victorious. I have seen so many defeats that now I have become determined to win.

Arundhati asked the students to practice affirmations (repeating positive statements). Stand in front of the mirror and say to yourself, “You are a champion.” She said that if a person has complete motivation, there will be no demotivation. Life is just about “yes” or “no,” nothing in between.

Failure Teaches More Than Success

Inspiring the students, Arundhati said that failure teaches more than success. Success cannot be achieved without struggle. Never forget the struggles, as they always inspire. In response to a question about the disappointment caused by struggle, she urged the students to live in the present moment rather than dwelling on the past or future.

Students Asked Questions

During the session, students from various states across the country, including Maharashtra, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Delhi, asked Arundhati questions about her beginnings, life goals, experiences, challenges, discipline, and future, to which Arundhati responded candidly. Arundhati recounted her entry into the world of sports and her journey.

Best Wishes for the Olympics

On this occasion, Dr. Naveen Maheshwari, Founder of ALLEN Career Institute Pvt. Ltd., said that the daughter of Kota has brought glory not only to the city but also to the country. We wish Kota’s daughter a gold medal at the Olympics and shine brightly on the world. During this, she also announced her preparations for the Olympics.
