Rishi Premnath has Scored 100 Percentile in the JEE Main 2026 Exam

In the recently declared results of JEE Main 2026, Rishi Premnath from Hyderabad has unfurled the flag of success through his hard work and precise strategy.

A student of ALLEN Career Institute, Rishi proved his mettle by securing the 8th rank at the All India level (AIR 8).

Specific Preparation Strategy: The Importance of Mock Tests

Rishi attributes the greatest credit for his success to ‘mock tests.’ He revealed that, exactly one week prior to the April session, he attempted one mock test every day.

According to Rishi, many questions in the actual examination bore a strong resemblance to those in these mock tests, which significantly aided him in time management and boosting his confidence.

Additionally, he engaged in an in-depth practice of Previous Years’ Questions (PYQs).

Early Background and Academic Journey

Born on February 27, 2008, Rishi hails from a modest family. His father, Premnath Raghavendra, is a businessman, and his mother, Aarti Achuthan, is a homemaker.

Rishi has had a strong academic foundation; he secured 97.6 percent marks in his Class 10 examinations. For the past year, he had been studying regularly at the ALLEN Career Institute.

Achieving a Major Goal by Rectifying Weaknesses

Rishi’s success story exemplifies a process of continuous improvement. In the January session of JEE Main, he had scored 262 marks.

Although this score was not poor, Rishi’s ambition was far greater. He identified his shortcomings and worked tirelessly for the April session. Consequently, he achieved a magnificent score of 295 out of 300.

Chemistry: For Chemistry, Rishi emphasized a thorough study of the lab manual and NCERT textbooks.

Physics: He prioritized conceptual clarity and a deep understanding of fundamental principles.

Revision: Through meticulous revision of subjects—aided by the ALLEN Handbook—he strengthened his command over every topic.
