Four-Day Yoga Festival concludes at ALLEN

Thousands of Students, Parents and Faculty Participate in Yoga Sessions across Kota

Marking the spirit of International Yoga Day, ALLEN Career Institute, Kota successfully concluded its four-day Yoga Festival with enthusiastic participation from thousands of students, parents, and faculty members.

The large-scale wellness initiative was organized across multiple ALLEN campuses in Kota with the objective of promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle among students preparing for competitive examinations.

The festival culminated on International Yoga Day with a grand closing ceremony held at the Sadbhav premises of ALLEN’s Samarth Campus in Indravihar. The event witnessed active participation from students, parents, teachers, and administrative staff, reflecting ALLEN’s commitment to holistic education beyond academics.

The concluding event took place on Sunday morning from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, where participants joined a collective yoga session under expert guidance.

The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and positivity as attendees practiced various yoga asanas and pranayama techniques aimed at enhancing concentration, flexibility, and overall health.

The group yoga session was graced by ALLEN Director Dr. Govind Maheshwari as the chief guest. Other distinguished dignitaries present on the occasion included HOD P.B. Saxena, Colonel Indrajit, and the campus principal.

Their presence added significance to the event and encouraged students to embrace yoga as an essential part of their daily routine.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Govind Maheshwari emphasized the timeless principle that “Health is the Best Wealth.” He stated that ALLEN Career Institute places equal importance on students’ mental and physical health alongside academic excellence.

According to him, competitive exam preparation often demands long study hours and intense focus, making physical fitness and emotional stability crucial for sustained success.

The four-day Yoga Festival was organized at several ALLEN campuses spread across Kota, ensuring widespread participation from the student community.

Group yoga sessions and wellness activities were conducted at key locations including Samyak Sadgun Auditorium, Landmark City, Kunhadi Campus,  Supath Campus, Nayanohra, Baran Road Campus and Satyarth Campus Auditorium.

These sessions focused on educating students about the significance of yoga in everyday life, particularly for young aspirants preparing for highly competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET.

The festival also encouraged parents and faculty members to participate; reinforcing the idea that wellness is a collective responsibility and an essential component of a productive educational environment.

Expert Guidance from Yoga Practitioners

Adding value to the Yoga Festival, renowned yoga expert Dr. Kanak Soni from Patanjali, Haridwar, was also present during the celebrations. Through her guidance and expertise, participants gained deeper insights into traditional yoga practices and their scientific benefits.

The sessions covered various yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques designed to improve physical health while strengthening mental resilience.
