Since the syllabus was completed at ALLEN by March, the preparation strategy has completely changed. The challenge now is not to learn new things, but to re-polish what has already been learned.
According to Vinod Kumawat, President, Academic Head and Physics Faculty at ALLEN Kota, students should view this cancellation positively.
He said that “The May 3 exam should now be viewed as a ‘dress rehearsal’ or mock drill. There’s no need for students to feel discouraged. Instead, analyse this paper to identify their strengths and weaknesses and proceed with a targeted strategy for the June 21 exam.”

Regarding the level of the paper, Vinod Kumawat believes that the original NEET paper of 2026 was slightly easier than that of 2025. However, since this is a re-exam, it’s quite possible that the June 21st exam may be slightly more difficult or tricky than the May 3rd exam. He also advised students to make further decisions based on their performance:

Nitin Kukreja said “We understand how challenging this time is for students, both mentally and academically. ALLEN is committed to providing all possible support to ensure their confidence is not shaken. We stand with students every step of the way.”
