Father Drives a School Taxi, Son Studied There, Reached ALLEN, and is now Headed to IIT
Jodhpur: Another inspiring success story has emerged from ALLEN. A young boy from a humble family living in a small hut in Pabuthal Sathren village of Rajasthan’s Nagaur district is now set to become an IITian.
ALLEN Classroom student Aadesh Bishnoi secured All India Rank (AIR) 1783 in JEE Advanced 2026 and AIR 200 in the General EWS category.
Aadesh’s remarkable journey began in a grass-thatched hut and has now taken him to the doorstep of IIT Kanpur. His father works as a taxi driver for a private school, and Aadesh completed his schooling there before earning admission to ALLEN Jodhpur based on his talent.
Recognizing his potential, ALLEN provided financial support by offering a concession in his coaching fee. After two years of dedicated preparation at ALLEN, Aadesh’s achievement has brought immense pride not only to his family but also to his entire village.
Aadesh scored 95% in Class 10 under the Rajasthan Board and 94.60% in Class 12, while simultaneously cracking one of India’s toughest engineering entrance examinations, JEE Advanced.
His father, Shishupal, drives a school taxi, while his mother, Sukhi Devi, works as a daily wage labourer under the MGNREGA scheme to support the family. His younger brother, Piyush, is currently preparing for JEE at ALLEN Jodhpur, and his sister, Ankita, is studying in Class 12.
Sharing his journey, Aadesh said, “I gradually developed a deep interest in Mathematics, which motivated me to choose the Science-Maths stream. Earlier, I didn’t even know much about IITs. Everything became much clearer after joining ALLEN. Now, I will pursue my B.Tech from IIT Kanpur.”
Congratulating Aadesh on his achievement, Naveen Maheshwari, Director of ALLEN, said that true success lies in overcoming adverse circumstances through talent and determination. He added that such inspiring stories become examples of social transformation and motivate thousands of young students to dream big and work hard.
Aadesh’s father, Shishupal, expressed immense happiness over his son’s success. “My son worked hard, and with the right support, he kept achieving success. I believe every talented student deserves proper guidance and assistance so they can reach their full potential.
I am proud that Aadesh will inspire and help others in the future as well. I work as a school driver, responsible for taking children to and from school every day. The same school where I drive the taxi is where Aadesh studied until Class 10.”

Lived in a Hut, Studied Under a Neem Tree
Aadesh’s family belongs to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category and lives in a modest hut in their village. The family has almost no basic comforts. Every day, they walk nearly 750 metres to a government water tank to fetch drinking water for their daily needs. Electricity supply is equally challenging, with the village receiving only two to three hours of power each day.
Despite these hardships, Aadesh never allowed a lack of resources to affect his studies. He often sat under the shade of a neem tree to prepare for his exams. The scorching summer heat, darkness due to power cuts, and financial struggles never became obstacles in his pursuit of education and success.

Support at Every Step of the Journey
After completing Class 10, Aadesh moved to Jodhpur to prepare for JEE and enrolled at ALLEN Career Institute. His family’s financial condition was not strong enough to bear the cost of coaching and education.
At this crucial stage, his maternal grandfather extended financial assistance. Recognizing Aadesh’s exceptional talent and difficult circumstances, ALLEN Career Institute granted him a substantial fee concession, while the remaining financial support was provided by a local charitable organization.
