Dress Code for Boys

  • Wear half-sleeved T-shirts or shirts
  • Clothes should be simple and plain
  • Collarless T-shirts or shirts without heavy designs are preferred
  • Wear lowers or trousers with minimal pockets
  • Avoid multi-pocket pants
  • Wear open-toe slippers or simple slippers
  • Avoid boots, heavy sandals, or heels

Dress Code for Girls

  • Wear half-sleeved tops, T-shirts, or kurtas
  • Avoid full-sleeved clothing
  • Clothes should be light and without bulky hems
  • Wear trousers, salwar, or simple bottoms

  • Wear flat sandals or open slippers

Religious Attire

If a candidate wears religious attire, such as a hijab, burqa, or turban, they must arrive at the examination centre before the scheduled time to ensure timely security checks.

What to Absolutely Avoid

Strict rules apply during the exam, so avoid wearing or carrying the following items:

  • Full-sleeved or heavy clothing
  • Multi-pocket jeans or trousers
  • Clothing with metal buttons or accessories
  • Jewelry such as rings, chains, earrings, bracelets
  • Watches (both digital and analog)
  • Belts, caps, goggles
  • Nail polish, makeup, or lipstick

What to Bring to the Exam

It is crucial to have the correct documents with you on the exam day. Without these, you will not be allowed to enter.

  • Printed copy of the admit card
  • Passport-size photo (the same one uploaded in the form)
  • Postcard-size photo (to be pasted on the second page of the admit card)
  • Valid identity card (Aadhaar card is the best option)
  • Relevant certificate for PwD category candidates
  • Please remember not to sign the admit card in advance. Signing must be done at the exam centre in the presence of an invigilator.

  • Carry only transparent water bottles

  • Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
  • Last Entry Time: 1:30 PM
