Success Story of NEET-UG 2026 Champion AIR 43 Hiya Jasmin

Strong Academic Foundation Since Childhood

Her journey began long before NEET preparation. A regular participant in Olympiads since Class 2, she developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills at an early age.

She excelled in Mathematics, Science, and English Olympiads, gaining valuable experience in solving MCQ-based examinations.

Her academic excellence was evident when she scored an impressive 99% in Class 10 board examinations and secured a top position in Ahmedabad.

Despite this achievement, she remained humble and focused on her long-term goal of becoming a doctor.

Family Support Played a Key Role

A supportive family environment became one of the biggest strengths during her preparation. Her grandmother, a Biology teacher, played a significant role in helping her master NCERT concepts. Her parents continuously encouraged her to stay positive and avoid unnecessary stress.

Instead of pressurizing her to study for endless hours, her family emphasized learning with a happy and focused mind. This approach helped her maintain emotional balance throughout the demanding NEET preparation journey.

Studying Smart Instead of Studying Non-Stop

One of the most inspiring aspects of her journey is that she did not follow extreme study schedules.

During regular classroom sessions, she dedicated around five to six hours daily to self-study. In the final six months before NEET, she increased her study time to 12–14 hours a day to give an extra push to her preparation.

She believes that focused learning is more effective than spending long hours at a desk without concentration. According to her, students can achieve excellent results without constantly stressing themselves.

The Importance of Consistency

If there is one message she wants every NEET aspirant to remember, it is consistency.

She followed a fixed daily routine throughout her preparation. Study hours, sleep schedule, meals, and revision plans were all organized. This disciplined approach helped her stay productive and avoid last-minute panic.

According to her, students should avoid studying intensely for a few days and then taking long breaks. Regular effort over two years creates a stronger foundation than short bursts of motivation.

Learning From Mistakes

Like every successful student, she also faced challenges.

One of her biggest mistakes was delaying NCERT revision, especially in Physics and Chemistry. She focused heavily on practice questions and postponed NCERT reading. Later, while revising the entire syllabus, she realized how important NCERT was for concept clarity and exam preparation.

She advises students to complete NCERT chapter by chapter alongside classroom learning rather than leaving it for the end.

Managing Stress the Right Way

Preparation for a highly competitive exam like NEET naturally brings stress. However, she believes stress should be managed instead of ignored.

Whenever she felt overwhelmed, she spoke with her parents, took short breaks, or simply allowed herself to express emotions. She also took brief power naps whenever required. According to her, forcing yourself to study when exhausted is often less productive than taking a short rest and returning with renewed energy.

Life Beyond Books

Despite preparing for one of India’s toughest medical entrance examinations, she made time for activities she enjoyed.

She regularly exercised, performed aerobics with her mother, enjoyed drawing, and loved reading novels. Mystery stories and fantasy books were among her favorites. These hobbies helped her stay refreshed and prevented burnout during the long preparation phase.

Four Years of Learning at ALLEN

Associated with ALLEN since Class 9, she experienced both foundation and NEET preparation programs. She credits the competitive yet supportive environment for helping her discover her capabilities.

Regular classroom learning, test analysis, doubt-solving sessions, and access to the ALLEN App played a major role in her preparation. Detailed performance analytics from tests helped her identify mistakes and improve continuously.

According to her, one of the biggest advantages of studying at ALLEN was being surrounded by students with similar goals. Healthy competition motivated her to push herself further while maintaining a positive attitude.

Choosing Home Over Distance

Although many medical aspirants dream of studying far from home, she plans to pursue MBBS in Ahmedabad. She believes staying close to family during the demanding years of medical education is the right choice for her.

For her, success is not about following someone else’s dream college but making a decision that aligns with personal goals and comfort.
